Basil - Sweet and smells the BEST, ideal for pesto, salads, and tomato dishes 🍅

Sage - Rich and savoury, perfect with roasted meats and butter sauces 🥩

What are, you doing with your mixed microgreens salads from EAT SHOOTS...
Im a fan of sardines, so today threw some in the oven, with tumeric, salt and pepper and baked till crispy.
Smash an avocado from Scomazzon Farming so big and buttery at the mo.
Top with Shoots fresh from Mowbray.
Boom lunch is served.🍀

Our FNQ inspectors have officially approved the mangoes and greens… fresh, local, and frog-certified.

Times have been a little tough for our community lately. Between the flooding, unpredictable weather, a quiet tourism season and the rising cost of everything, we know a lot of local families and businesses are feeling it.

One thing we’ve always believed in is the power of supporting local. When you shop at a local store, you’re not just buying your fruit and veggies, you’re helping local workers, local farmers, and local families keep going. It all stays right here in the community.

While bigger supermarkets might have empty shelves during times like these, we’re working hard every day to ensure fresh produce is coming through our doors and prices are as affordable as possible, it’s only fair when we know local families are feeling it too.

Every time you choose to shop local, it genuinely makes a difference. Thank you to everyone in our community who continues to support us and other local businesses.
