In collaboration with MasterChef alumni Sandeep Pandit our kitchen is proud to present our Lamb Shank Rogan Josh - slow-cooked and rich in flavour, served with saag spinach, radish raita and turmeric rice.

Inspired by the historic trade routes that also shaped the story of Marco Polo Coffeehouse, this collaboration blends history, culture and authentic Kashmiri flavours to our tables.
