To our incredible community,
What a ride it’s been at Rio Vista Park.
Our contract has now come to an end (more on that later). Despite our 100% best efforts, the promises and expectations we relied upon were never realised. Without having a genuine voice, or an ear to listen, we’ve made the difficult decision that it’s time for us to move on effective immediately.
To our amazing staff, thank you. You opened the doors rain, hail or shine, always with a smile, trying our best make this project a success and welcoming both locals and visitors alike. The good news is you’ll all be redeployed immediately.
To everyone who has supported us by grabbing a coffee or a dessert - thank you. It’s been fun!
If you have any outstanding vouchers, simply send us an inbox message and we’ll happily honour them at any of our other stores.
As for what’s next for Jessica Rabbit… if the café isn’t sold, we’ll likely relocate it to a new site, with a possible Spring/Summer launch. We’ve got some exciting ideas (and a few crazy ones!) for where it could end up - if we can find the energy! 😅
We’re also offering the complete shipping container café and bar for sale. It comes fully fitted with a professionally installed commercial kitchen and coffee machine setup. Can cook high volume with several fryers, oven etc etc. There’s enough fridge space to also run a bar.

It would be ideal for:
• Tourist parks / Caravan parks
• Highway - drive-through café scenario
• Service stations
• Sporting clubs (football + netball, soccer, basketball etc etc.

The café / restaurant/ bar is designed to be transported by truck, craned into position, connected to power and water, and you’re ready to trade.
