On behalf of myself and Jaimee Neilsen of The Bun Hotel I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in our very first Cars, Bars and Guitars car and bike event an outstanding success.

A MASSIVE thank you to all who brought their cars and bikes. Whether you drove a distance or around the block to come to us we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our aim for the day was to simply get everyone together who share a common love of anything car, bike & music related. To simply talk, catch up with old friends and make new ones.

For our first show we really didn’t know how many cars we would attract. We budgeted on 10-30cars…however we totally blew that out of the water with a total of 81 cars and bikes.

There’s many people to thank and I hope I don’t forget anyone.

The hotel staff, the 3 bands, the spit roast cook, Liza from Dusk Angel Photography, Kristy from the Mighty Bean Coffees, even the bloke from “2 doors up” helping me direct the traffic.
You all banded together and did a stella job, we are very proud of you all. Take a bow 🙇

Bring ya mates and I’ll see you all next year for an even bigger better Cars Bars & Guitars.

Remember the days when the Bun Pub was a popular destination for the weekend car and bike enthusiast to call in have a beverage, a bite to eat, talk some crap and stay a while??

Well we put our collective thinking caps on and have come up with a plan.
Introducing our very first piston party “Cars, Bars and Guitars Show” at the Bun Pub. Saturday the 4th July.

It’s not the type of show where we are playing for gold plated plastic trophies nor feel good coloured ribbons for prizes.
It’s the show where you come along, bring your pride, pull up a chair, sip on a favourite beverage whilst kicking back listening to one of the 3 bands playing.
Come along and have a fat ole time at the Bun.

Raffles and prizes to be won with all proceeds going to an undecided as yet emergency services charity.

Camping available
