Heatherlea Red Beef comes from a property in south western Queensland. The property runs a Hereford and Angus breeding operation that finsihes on barley sprouts and grass. The cattle are well bred, with no added hormones and little stress which makes for a great tender product. Our operation takes advantage of seasonal green pastures combined with vibrant green barley fodder mats in drier times. T

hese practises add aditional qualities to our meat such as yellow fat which is derived from the green choloropyll which holds vitmanis and good faty acids.
