A New Zealand hop, 17 years in the making before its official release in 2020.

Nectarine, white peach, and apricot, rich stone fruit that is immediately different from anything else in the series.

Cans are limited and this is the final release in An Epic Hop Tale.

Chapter Three. Mosaic TIPA. 9.4%.

Mosaic was named for exactly what it does. Every time you go back to the glass, something new reveals itself, blueberry and tropical mango hit you first, then pine resin and earthy depth roll in underneath, shifting and layering as the beer warms.

It is the most complex hop in this series and we have built the biggest beer around it to match.

A daughter of Simcoe. Released in 2012. Breweries worldwide compete for it at every harvest.

Limited cans.
