10 years ago, I started The Mimistry with a small market stall and a big dream.
Since then, my handmade, healthy baked goods have made their way into health food stores and cafés across Sydney. Something I’m so grateful for every single day. And now, more and more of you are discovering my yummy cakes through my website.

Like every other small business, It hasn’t always been easy, but we keep going. You know why? Because I LOVE my business and it makes me happy that people can enjoy my baked goods.
