The Coburn Collection is coming to the Ballarat Heritage Festival and it looks absolutely incredible. Thousands of original architectural drawings by Herbert Leslie Coburn. the man behind some of Ballarat's most iconic buildings including Civic Hall and the Ballarat Base Hospital. finally brought back into the light after more than 30 years!
