At Elata, my lamb is raised in the Southern Highlands, processed locally, prepared by a local butcher, then delivered directly to customers.

I’m at the Southern Highlands Future Forum today from 10am–3pm 🌿

If you’re coming along, I’ll have the Elata Farm stall set up during the lunch break from 12pm–1:30pm.

First swarm of the season! 🐝

One of my hives decided it was time to split and start a new colony. They gathered nearby… but didn’t hang around for long.

Less than an hour later, they were off to find their new home 🐝🌿

After losing a lamb last week, the fox has struck again — this time taking Tanya the turkey.

She was quite the character around Elata Farm and will be missed ❤️‍🩹
