Preppin for another busy weekend!!!

Tomorrow night we have a 16th birthday in Pakenham with a delicious feast.

A taco/nacho bar with taco meat, guac, sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, hot sauce, jelapenos and all the dressings you could possibly want.

Our famously loved cheeseburger sliders.
Chicken parma sliders.
And maple bbq sesame wings.....the perfect feast for a teen birthday 😋😋😋

Testing new dessert lines.....smores stuffed choc chip cookies.

Choc chip cookie stuffed with marshmallows, biscuit pieces & more choc chips....topped off with more marshmallows. Not yet perfected but still delicious 😋

We already have our buffet menu, our finger food menu, as well as our grazer menu, but I'm contemplating creating a canapé menu. 🤔 I'm just unsure if it's something my customer base would be interested in. 🤷‍♀️

Thinking of things like:
Beetroot, feta, crispy sage & pinenut blini. 😋
Caramelized onion & goat cheese tartlets. 🧀
Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare roast beef & horseradish cream. 🥩

Just brainstorming at the moment. 💡
Let me know what kind of canapes you would love to see 👀
