It's the surprise inside the cheesecake when you cut it open that makes each & every cheesecake different. The way I'm feeling when I create your cheesecake will determine the surprise inside ... it could be chocolate Freddo Frog heads or Gummi Bears or mini mashmellows or broken up flake bars or fresh berries maybe homemade Turkish Delight ... you will not know until you cut into that first slice ... I hope you enjoy the surprise as much as I have enjoyed creating the sensation for you
