Building on our success earlier this year at the Australian Fruit Wine Awards in Tassie, Elysium Wines has been awarded a Silver and two Bronze medals at the Perth Royal Wine Show - one of the largest commercial fruit wine competitions in Australia.

Our Plum Pine dessert won Bronze in the 'sweet fruit wine' section, with our sparkling Wild Apple and Native Mint, and Wild Apple & Lemon Aspen, taking out Silver and Bronze in the 'sparkling fruit wine' category.

Meet the winemakers and vignerons of the region during this weekend's South Coast Winter Wine Festival.
At Elysium Wines we are now processing Lemon Aspens, whose flavour is a piquant mixture of lemon, lime and grapefruit with a hint of eucalyptus. Its a great opportunity to glean a better understanding of what's involved in handcrafting each bottle of native fruit wine that we produce.
