Our Immune Chicken Broth love is loyal and strong for good reason 💛 Silky smooth, slightly opaque and a rich golden colour which wobbles like jelly when chilled. It’s a very special broth!!

Chicken broth is one of the most nourishing foods you could offer your little ones. Easily digestible and packed with nutrients which dissolve from the bones and vegetables. And in the mfm kitchen we also use plenty of nutrient loaded spices, herbs and sea veg.

The gelatine within broth enables us to digest more effectively. And the chicken fat contains a powerful immune boosting monounsaturated fat called palmitoleic acid. Our heavenly pumpkin & sage sauce is restocked 🧡

Navigating healthy gluten free options can often be a tricky thing. Our larder is not only a selection of gluten free options to pimp your broths, sauces, soups and curries. But it’s also an offering of nutritive pseudo-cereals free of gluten but full of low inflammatory, fibre rich benefit.

Jerusalem artichoke season 🌼 Makes the best addition to a gratin. This was a beautiful feast I shared with my family this weekend. Happily hibernating 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
The caramel sauce was a recipe from using shiro miso. It was so perfect with a sticky date I cooked with Stevie xx
