Forgive the little “pat-on-the-back” post.
There is so much satisfaction in making. Even something so simple as a loaf of sourdough to share to the table. This mornings’s effort. Organic wallaby/rye/wholewheat/khorasan/white and scout. Cocktail of flours. You never know what you’ll get. 🥖💛👩🍳
