Huge congratulations to Jess who has officially completed the first year of her apprenticeship!

Such a valued team member who is becoming highly skilled in all aspects of butchering. We are lucky to have her and are very proud of the progress she has made and continues to make.

With exceptional customer service, an elite eye for detail as well as the being the creator of several amazing products we hope she stays on for many years to come.
