Whether it’s for breakfast, a snack or dessert, visit today! The Original Mini Pancake Company has been around for a while, starting as a small market stall at the Jetty Markets. Over the years the business has grown and is now located at the Northwall. You can find the van on the left hand side within the parkland on the way to the Jetty marina. We offer seating and there is plenty of space for children to run around. A dog friendly beach is just metres away. Offering spectacular views, Mini Pancakes are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come down to enjoy a coffee, read the paper, enjoy the views and try one of our delicious plates of pancakes.

Introducing My Mooloolaba, a new series where we sit down with the local business owners who make this place what it is.

First up, meet Bob (Fozzie), the man behind Fozzie’s Original Mini Pancakes!

Bob made the move up the coast from Coffs Harbour because Mooloolaba was simply too good to say no to. Now he's serving up mini Dutch pancakes and milkshakes that give everything else a run for their money.

Oh, and if you're feeling brave, there's an 85 pancake challenge with your name on it!
