🎨 A little piece of art… and a whole lot of heart! 🎨

We are absolutely thrilled to have this stunning original artwork by Melbourne artist ChristineMinter donated to our Silent Auction! 💛

Christine creates vibrant abstract works using layers of acrylic and impasto, building incredible depth, colour and texture. Her work has been exhibited across Melbourne, and she recently took home the St Michael’s Church Melbourne Art Award. 🎨✨

This beautiful original measures 32 x 39cm, is professionally framed and valued at $590 RRP.

And the best part? One lucky bidder will take it home! 🖼️

The artwork will be on display at the office soon and will also be available to admire at Grandparents Day, so make sure you take a closer look. You might just find the perfect piece for your home. ❤️

🪙 Maths + fundraising = a winning combination! 🪙

Earlier this term, our students put their maths skills and fundraising abilities to the test with our famous 50 cent coin line fundraiser! 🙌

And we have a winner! 🏆 One of our Foundation classes raised the most - the very same class that took out the top spot in 2024! 🎉

🍷 It’s w**e time 🍷

Our wonderful parent community has already started donating bottles for our W**e Lotto, and as always, it’s shaping up to be one of the most popular attractions at the St Monica’s Fete!

There’s still plenty of time to get involved. If you’re one of our school families, we’d love for you to drop a bottle into the school office this week.

We’re also looking for raffle prizes, auction items, sponsors, and other donations from our wider community. Every contribution helps make our fete a fantastic day for our students and families.
