A very big shout out to Sweet Leaf Honey and Steve and Chrissy who commissioned me to make a lovely timber stand to display their honey for sale at the Sugarland Shopping Centre Post Office. Do yourself a favour and go try some of their delicious raw honey. 🍯😊

We have been a little busy here at Corymbia Cottage one of our jobs every year is using our cherry tomatoes. This year we have harvested over 40Kg of our cherry tomatoes, picked, washed, sorted and then transformed into 35 (tall bottles) of tomato sauce for our use throughout the year. We still have a huge amount of tomatoes to pick and these will be turned into sun-dried tomatoes.
