By day’s end, it becomes rose water.

For just a few weeks each spring, our Damask roses are hand-picked in the early morning and taken straight to our copper still.

Freshly harvested petals are steam-distilled here on our farm, slowly becoming pure Damask Rose Water — drop by drop.

Meet Damask Rosewater & Essential oil Farm and discover Australia’s only commercial-scale Damask rose farm.
Founded by Utako and Anthony, who moved with their children to Samaria Rose Farm in regional Victoria in 2022, this chemical-free farm is home to around 2,000 Damask roses.

During the fleeting rose flowering season, the roses are hand-picked, steam-distilled, and bottled on-site, turning farm-grown fragrance into skincare and home care products from first petal to final bottle.
