We wanted to share a heartfelt update with you all.

First and foremost, thank you. Every share, every kind message, and every donation has meant more to us than we can ever fully express. For those who have contributed, please know your support came at a truly crucial time, and your kindness will never be forgotten.

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to bring our GoFundMe to a close. Like many others right now, we understand that times are tough, and while we had hoped to reach our goal, we completely understand the challenges everyone is facing.

But please know this — we are not giving up.

We’ve seen some comments suggesting that this situation could have been avoided or that we should have “just moved” earlier. We want to gently share that it’s not that simple. With leases, legal agreements, and financial commitments, moving a business isn’t something that can happen overnight or in the space of a couple of months. We have been doing everything we can behind the scenes for a long time to navigate this.

Dear valued customers and friends,

We wanted to give you a heartfelt update on the ongoing construction work next door that's been impacting our space for far too long.

As many of you have noticed and pointed out, you are still struggling to get to us or find parking easily due to the reduction in space. Construction is still continuing without proper dust containment measures in place. This has unfortunately still been releasing dust and debris into the air in and around our building, requiring constant extra cleaning.

It's taken a huge toll on our operations—disrupting business, increasing costs, and adding stress as we work to keep everything safe and spotless for you. We're still battling through layers of red tape and bureaucracy to get proper protections and resolutions in place, but we want to be honest: this is proving to be a very long and frustrating process.

Please know that your health and safety (and ours!) remain our top priority. We're doing everything we can—extra deep cleans, air monitoring where possible, and pushing hard for the site to implement better controls. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this challenging time.
