We are off to Sydney markets tomorrow morning early. I'll be stocking up on silverbeet, rhubarb , new season citrus, Queensland strawberries, local persimmons, figs, i found some over ripe pears and a few marked Fuji apple's, i just quickly cut the fruit into quarters, slice the seed out and them and cut them in half again I rinsed and then through into a microwave safe dish with a few cups of water and a bit of sugar, set on high for 8 minutes, let her sit for 5 minutes, I saved the juice as it taste super nice, grab the ice-cream from the freezer fill the bowl and put my fruit on top, I know I shouldn't of but I put a table spoon of sugar and some cinnamon on top. The pears I used are only $2 per kilo and the small Fuji apples I think we are selling for $3 kilo, the fruit taste just as nice with the skin left on, goodnight and see you all tomorrow.
