Meet Nick and Charles Symons – fourth generation family members, and the faces of our much-loved organic butter.

Nick's the unsalted man. He's been adventurous about food since he was twelve months old and has been running impromptu cheese stalls on the main street of Barwon Heads since his early teens.
Charles takes the salted side. He's been learning the ropes at trade shows and everywhere in between, while finishing off his university degree.

Forget Swarovski. The only crystals we care about are the ones you'll find on a properly aged cheddar. Those tiny crunchy bits that form over months of patient maturing are a sign of a full flavoured vintage cheese. Priceless!
