For all the haters out there, this is the real DOP. Not Denominazione di Origine Protetta, but Delicious Organic Parmesan. Our parmesan is matured for 18-24 months, until the flavour is exactly where it needs to be. Traditional grana texture. Clean, sweet, lingering finish.

Is it Italian? No. Is it up there with the best? Absolutely

Meet Jedda. Three and a half years old, Labrador Retriever, and convinced that food is his full-time job.

He spent his first eight months in Melbourne before leaving the city behind for greener pastures (literally). He found his way to Mortlake via Gumtree and now spends his days bringing the cows in for milking, occasionally remembering to chase the goats out of the garden, and taking his lunch break very seriously.

We'd like him to be more vigilant on the goat front. He'd like us to mind our own business.
