A bit of a milestone for us here at the shop!

After years of putting up with us, Blake has officially completed his apprenticeship and become our first apprentice to go all the way from start to finish.

He's survived the early starts, the cold mornings, the endless cleaning, and more dad jokes than any apprentice should legally have to endure.

We've watched him grow from a young bloke learning the ropes into a skilled butcher who can more than hold his own behind the block.

We're incredibly proud of what he's achieved and grateful he's stuck around long enough to prove that our training methods aren't completely hopeless!

Congratulations, Blake – you've earned it. Be sure to give him a pat on the back (or make him do some extra work) next time you're in the shop! 👏🥩

The gang’s back together!

Robbie and John (Bingie Beef) have teamed up once again to help keep our shelves stocked with plenty of fresh, local, grass-fed beef. Alongside Charlie’s top-quality beef (Larry’s Mountain), we’re spoiled for choice when it comes to supporting local farmers and bringing you the good stuff.

So if you’ve noticed the cabinet looking extra full lately, now you know why! More local beef, more choice, and the same quality you’ve come to expect.

Between taxiing the kids around to sports, coaching multiple nights a week and being flat out in the shop, it’s really “chopping” into our Facebook posting schedule 😂🥩

While we’ve been busy cutting, slicing and serving, we’ve also been cooking up a couple of new goodies for you to try 👀
🍋 Lemon & Pepper Chicken Breast Kebabs

They’re fresh, tasty, and honestly too good not to post about… eventually 😅
