I don’t know why I put if off for so long to make marshmallows & instead paying for bags of them.

This was so super easy. Uses a small amount of ingredients & cost next to nothing to make because everything it uses most people have in their cupboard already.

You can use food colouring as well and make them a fun colour but remember.. the cornflour is essential.. they are very sticky 🤣

I’ve had so many new followers over the last couple of months that I thought it was about time to reintroduce myself!

I’m Victoria Coady, but you can just call me Vic! We’re all friends here—no one needs to get all “mum” on me and call me by my full name 😂

I’m the Team Leader for the Rebel Mixers here at Thermomix Aus, and I’ve been in the role for just over 3 years. I started my Thermomix journey when my youngest was 1 month old. I was on maternity leave, and unlike most consultants, I didn’t join because I’d fallen deeply in love with my Thermomix—I noticed the business model behind it, saw that really good money could be made, and saw a way out of having to go back to work full-time after my maternity leave was over.

Not only did I not have to go back full-time, I was also able to extend my maternity leave to 2 years off work! Huge difference compared to having my first child, where I was back at work 5 months after having him.

Not only have I earned an incredible amount of money, I’ve also earned so much travel with Thermomix—including two overseas holidays: one to Fiji, and the other to ROME!! I’ve also done multiple interstate trips. All fully paid for by Thermomix!

In my personal life, I’m a FIFO wife, and I’ve been with my husband for 14 years. Fun fact: we got married in the week of the very first COVID lockdown. We went from supposedly being married on the Saturday with 150 people, to being married on the Monday before with 15 people in our shed. But honestly—zero regrets! Most chilled and easy wedding I’ve ever been to 😂

I’m also mum to a very caring 9-year-old boy who’s the funniest dude you’ll ever meet (takes after his mumma) and a 3-year-old little girl who’s a tutu-wearing, puddle-jumping, tree-climbing firecracker with red curly hair. I’m also stepmum to my husband’s 20-year-old son, and he turned this very un-clucky girl into the mum I am today.
