Our founder Manu Feildel is already a major household name and is a significant driving force behind Australia’s love for home cooking. From his constant frustration of having to ask ‘Where’s the Sauce’ and spurred on by childhood memories of homestyle French meals created by his mother, Manu has set about to create a new range to fill this market gap in the hope he could offer the solution for all home cooks to achieve the best authentic, home style cooked from scratch meals, using the freshest of ingredients.

With his French culinary roots & respect for traditional French cuisine, Manu believes that a good sauce is the element that brings a meal together. Its these unquestionably great French classic sauces that Manu wants Australia to fall in love with.

The sauces that everybody knows and loves but re-created to pair perfectly with Australian produce. Recipes for French classics like Mushroom, Red wine or Peppercorn sauce have been perfected over centuries, and are usually only experienced at their finest in a top restaurant. Now Manu has re-created these classics and is making them available to you as an any-day meal solution.

Manu has created The Sauce by Manu range of 6 flavours Lamb & Rosemary, Mushroom, Mustard, Peppercorn, Red Wine & White Wine. The first 3 of these launching in October in Woolworths stores will be Lamb & Rosemary, Mushroom and Peppercorn. These well-finessed flavours have been packaged up without sacrificing their excellence or taste and will be available in the protein chiller cabinet of your local supermarket.
