Meet Dougie! You'll often find him in the kitchen creating new and exciting flavours and dishes for his family and friends to enjoy. His kitchen, full of delicious aromas and the sound of his favourite tunes.
Three years ago Dougie discovered that he is gluten intolerant and carries the coeliac gene. This set him off on a mission to discover and create recipes that are full of flavour and gluten free – 'goodness without gluten' when he mastered the perfect ingredients, to create the ultimate gluten-free sausage roll – determined to prove that gluten-free can still mean deliciously tasty.
