Last week, Erinn hosted an intimate dinner at Kiln . A inspirational evening of shared stories, philosophies and new release wines. At Ngeringa, our philosophy is deeply rooted in environmental care and regenerative agriculture. This mentality extends to what we share at our table, allowing us to work with some amazing local producers of artisanal treats.

The Woodside Cheese Wrights Saltbush Chevre is currently featured on our seasonal menu, a cheese that offers a rich and smooth texture, with beautiful herbaceous notes from the native Australian Saltbush rub. The perfect accompaniment to the 2025 Sheoak Chardonnay, some warm, crusty sourdough and a slow afternoon.

Today we have been shortlisted for the Dark Horse Award from Halliday Halliday Wine Companion ! This award is given to wineries that are regional hidden gems and true underdogs, as nominated by the Halliday Tasting Team.
