🌱 IN SEASON THIS WEEK | KALETTES
Have you tried kalettes? Fresh from the Adelaide Hills, kalettes are tasting fantastic this week. A cross between kale and Brussels sprouts, they have a mild, slightly sweet and nutty flavour — and they're incredibly versatile.

Enjoy them raw, roasted, stir-fried, grilled or steamed. For something simple, toss with a little olive oil and salt and roast until the edges are deliciously crisp.
