The 2026 Wyjup Collection is here.

Each year, we select only the most exceptional parcels from our Wyjup Vineyard in Mount Barker for what we believe is the pinnacle of Plantagenet’s production.

There’s a lot of work, care and pride that goes into these wines. From selecting the fruit in the vineyard to Mike Garland and the winemaking team carefully crafting each wine, every decision is about producing the best wine possible.

We’re proud to share this year’s collection, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All made in very limited quantities, with every bottle individually numbered.

Only 780 bottles of Malbec were produced, while just over 1,400 bottles of our standout 2022 Wyjup Collection Shiraz exist.

It’s been incredibly rewarding to see the wines receive such a strong response already, with all six scoring 95 points or higher from Ray Jordan, including 98 points for the 2022 Shiraz.

The 2026 Wyjup Collection is now available online via the link in bio.

Crafted. Quality. Collectible.

Our Wyjup Vineyard, nestled in the heart of Mount Barker, spans 55 acres and has been home to our Wyjup Collection vines since 1971.

These aged vines are the foundation of our Wyjup Collection. With deeper root systems and resilience built over decades, they produce lower yields but fruit of remarkable concentration and character.

The robustness of these mature vines brings nuance and a true sense of place to every bottle, whilst distinctively capturing the unique expression of our vineyard and the Great Southern landscape.

Our new Wyjup Collection vintage release is coming soon! We can’t wait to share it with you.

Wyjup Collection 2024 Riesling and 2023 Pinot Noir are officially sold out. These wines are made in small numbers by design, making every release a rare and highly limited expression of season.

We’re already looking ahead to September 1, when the next release becomes available. If this run was any indication, it’s one to plan for rather than wait on.

Just a short drive from our Mount Barker home, the Stirling Range stands as one of the Great Southern’s most breathtaking backdrops.

Bluff Knoll, one of WA’s highest peaks, rewards the climb with sweeping views across the range, and on a cold winter morning you might even catch a dusting of snow.

Beyond the hike, the park is one of the region’s richest pockets of biodiversity, alive with wildflowers and birdlife through the seasons.

A true treasure to the Great Southern region, it shares the same cool climate and ancient landscape that shapes every bottle we make.
