We are currently seeking a Transport Operator / Farm Operations Assistant to join our team.
Working hands-on across all aspects of the property, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Transporting commodities, primarily export hay and grain within the Mid North of South Australia. Some interstate work available for the right applicant.
- Operating and contributing towards routine maintenance on all our new/modern prime movers and trailers.
- Operating a range of farm machinery associated with the preparation, planting and harvesting of hay and grain crops.
- Ensuring hay and grain storage infrastructure and handling equipment are maintained routinely.
- Maintaining timely and accurate commodity movements and equipment maintenance records.
- The role will entail approximately 80% transport and 20% general farming operations.
