September’s w**e of the month has been worth the wait.⁠

The 2017 Le Sauvage Chardonnay is a richly textured Granite Belt white, ripe fig and rockmelon, toasted butterscotch and nutty vanilla oak, balanced by a clean zesty grapefruit finish. Nine years old and drinking beautifully.⁠
