Two of my usual markets coming up in September. I’ll be absent from Queenscliff for their first market in Spring but will be back there from October onwards.

I don’t offer the special 12 pierogi deal at markets (12 for $35) but you can get this & pre-order your frozen take-home pierogi now & pick up next week at Lara Community Market . Sunday 13/09. Your order will be in my market freezer, waiting for collection. Just send me a message if you’d like to order. Payment due after I send you an order confirmation. 12 for $35 or 6 for $19.

TOMORROW guys! From 9am to 1pm Lancefield FM

I’ll have homemade pierogi, boiled, pan-fried or take-home frozen. Plus hot cups of chunky Polish Soup!

All pierogi come with sour cream, fresh herbs and a pickle spear. This weekend I’ll have optional add-on’s like bacon and sauerkraut too. High Street, Lancefield. Saturday 22/08.

Boiled or Pan-Fried Pierogi this Saturday 22/08 at Lancefield FM - I love this market & can’t wait to trade there!

All pierogi are handmade by me. Many kilo’s of potatoes and onions, peeled and cut by hand, mashed by hand using my old school vintage potato masher. Two hour caramelised onions. The Farmer’s Cheese is made by me. Many hours of repetitive one-by-one dough & filling motions to get the volume I need at markets. Passion-infused focus 🥰🧡🥟 (sounds like a sporty ad or AI but it’s me!). The pierogi making is never rushed. The goal is for you to have the best pierogi you’ve ever eaten. All pierogi come with sour cream, fresh herbs and a dill pickle spear (unless you decline). There are optional toppings too like sauerkraut and pan-fried smokey garlicky Polish sausage coins. Every market I have customers come back for seconds and/or take home frozen pierogi. Looking forward to serving you at Lancefield Farmer’s Market on Saturday! Until sold out. 🥰😃

Saturday is almost here & I’m looking forward to trading in Creswick Market again! It’s been 6 months since my first sold-out market there, a hot day in February. Lovely small-town vibes and a pretty location. We’re heading off tomorrow, Friday afternoon & staying a couple of nights in nearby Ballarat. Business things first, then leisure. - Quince & Cakes has a pop-up event on Saturday morning - but I’ll do a post market pick-up of their beautiful cakes & pastries. My favourite butter puff pastry is their Spelt Puff Pastry which I buy frozen & use at home for sausage rolls & quiches. Also in the area, I have a childhood bestie I’ll be catching up with. She’s half Polish & came to my market stall in Feb but never got to try even one of my pierogi. Creswick Market was the first market I ever saw a cat on a leash - actually it was a kitten. I love posting while I’m actually at a market too if I get an opportunity - so allow me to bring you along this weekend (via my Instagram stories) if you can’t make it to Creswick for some pierogi. 🙂🥟
