WELCOME TO VALLEY CONNECTION BAKERY!

Hello and welcome to our little micro bakery.

For those who are new here, we’re Valley Connection Bakery, a small-batch micro bakery nestled in beautiful Mount Evelyn.

What started as a love for baking has grown into something so much more.

Valley Connection Bakery was born from a simple belief — good food has a beautiful way of bringing people together.

We’re all about slowing things down, keeping things simple and creating delicious homemade goodness using quality ingredients, a little patience and a whole lot of love.

From our handcrafted sourdough loaves and delicious inclusion breads focaccia’s, homemade crumpet’s, English muffins, sweet treats and a growing range of pantry goodies, there’s something for everyone!

But for us, it’s about more than just what comes out of the oven.

It’s about connection, community and those little moments that bring people together. Whether it’s sharing a fresh loaf around the dinner table, enjoying a sweet treat with your afternoon cuppa or supporting a local small business, we believe the simplest things can mean the most.

As Valley Connection Bakery continues to grow, we hope to share little glimpses of what goes on behind the scenes, introduce you to our delicious creations and celebrate the wonderful local community we’re lucky enough to be part of.

You’ll also find information about our weekly pre-orders, local pickup and delivery options, and where you might spot us at upcoming markets.

We’re still growing, learning and finding our feet, and we’d love for you to be part of the journey.

Introducing Valley Connection Bakery 🤍

For those who have followed Valley Connection from the beginning, thank you. What started as one way of bringing people together through food has now grown into something a little different.

Valley Connection is entering its next chapter as Valley Connection Bakery, a small micro bakery in Mount Evelyn, focused on fresh sourdough, focaccia and other pantry favourites, all made in small batches each week.

The heart of Valley Connection hasn’t changed. It’s still about good food, connection, community and the moments shared around the table.

Weekly pre-orders open Sunday at 6pm and close Tuesday at 12pm, with local pickup and delivery available each week.

Same heart. A new chapter. Welcome to Valley Connection Bakery.
