The Schnitty Committee is a group of Schnitzel enthusiasts who are trying to find Adelaide's and Mount Gambiers best schnitzel. Every Thursday we meet at a different pub around Adelaide for some fun and a good Schnitzel! Mount Gambier Schnitty Commmittee meets fortnightly at locations in and around Mount Gambier. The Adelaide scoring system that is used at each meeting and the results will be show
n on our page. Scoring is split into 7 categories:
Size - No one wants to leave a schnitty feeling empty! Taste - One of the most important attributes of a good schnitty! Value - We all love a good schnitty that isn't too pricey either
Atmosphere - Everyone likes to eat in an enjoyably atmosphere
Chips - What is a schnitty without some great chips to accompany it? Service with a smile is rewarded! Beer Range - No one wants a schnitty without an ice cold beer! The Mount Gambier scoring system is all about the Schnitty and its split into 4 categories these are:
Schnitty (size, crumbs, cooking) judged out of 5 points
Topping (ingredients and flavour combination) judged out of 5 points
Chips (amount, size and quality) judged out of 5 points
Value for money ($$$$) judged out of 5
Each Pub/Cafe will end up with a score out of 20 which will be a representation of each members evaluation. If you wish to come along to any Schnitty Committee; our meetings are open invite so contact Adham or Dani for more info. "To schnitt or not to schnitt"
