Later in the week will bring chicken mignon rissoles; beef pot roast and veg; silverside with mustard sauce; beef lasagne 🍽️

Chicken calzone; beef chow mein; chunky steak pies; chicken risotto; chicken stir fry; garlic prawns; creamy zucchini and bacon soup (made with real chicken stock); seafood calzone (filled with orange roughy, scallops, prawns and comes with a garlic cream sauce); cheesy bbq bacon chicken rissoles; kilpatrick beef rissoles; cheesy garlic bread; potato bake; salad selection.

Last Saturday Mick headed to the AMIC awards, and we are proud to say we left with seven gold medal awards for excellence. We won these awards in the following categories: 1. Gourmet Sausage - Pork, jalapeno, and cheese. 2. Traditional Australian Beef Sausage - Beef sausage. 3. Best Butchers Gourmet Burger - Lamb, mint, rosemary, and fetta burger. 4. Best Butchers Traditional Beef Burger - Beef burger. 5. Australian Lamb Sausage - Lamb, feta, and sundried tomato. 6. Australian Lamb Sausage - Lamb yiros. 7. Ready To Eat - Chunky steak pie.

Still plenty of seafood here today at the butcher, plump fresh scallops are back this week also 🙌 We have an extra array of sausage flavours currently in store for those looking to add some variety to their meal plans 🌭 Along with the usual delicious options we have chicken tikka masala, lamb yiros, continental, beef and chilli 🐔🐑🐮🌶️ A new addition in our display cabinet are lamb and fetta rissoles seasoned with rosemary and mint. They have been selling fast and are a new favourite amongst the staff here at the butchery 👌
