Truffle season may have officially ended, but that doesn't mean that a "working" dog's job is done! Obedience and scent training are always ongoing - in and out of season - and today's finds are evidence that continuity is key when it comes to finding perfectly ripe truffles. Big thanks to our champion dog trainer Neville, whose wise words are "always trust your dog" 💯

All kinds of weird and wonderful things grow at our farm. This is Red Raspberry Slime Mold (Tubifera Ferruginosa), a brightly coloured organism that grows on rotting wood. Our old cypress stumps are looking pretty 😍

Health and family are our priority this week, so we are closed Tuesday 28th July, but will reopen on Friday 31st as normal. Life is full of twists and turns, and we are definitely riding the roller coaster right now!

This week we need to change our operating hours due to doctors' orders 😔. We will be open on Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th July from 1pm to 3pm. CLOSED on Friday but open again on Sunday 12th July. Private tours outside these hours are still available by request.

Local chef extraordinaire Kirby Shearing of Elementary Dining braved the cold today at Echo Farm, harvesting over 2kg of fresh ripe aromatic truffle. Like us, his passion for home grown and locally sourced produce is next level. Why go elsewhere if the best is at your doorstep? We now have plenty of truffle ready for the upcoming National Truffle Toastie Day on July 4th. Fresh truffle sales from the farm store this Friday. Make your Toastie sing! 😋🥪
