It is your time to know who really are! 😉

As many of you know, Dani and Thomas passed us the torch to run this incredible food truck. But like everything in life, there’s a beautiful story behind it ✨

We think it’s time you get to know who we are—beyond just "the Colombian couple" 🇨🇴

We've been living here for 4 years we stayed cause we fall in love with the Mount Gambier community 💘 We arrived here one day of March in late summer, leaving Melbourne behind (where our Australian 🇦🇺 adventure first began).

We didn't know a single soul. We started from absolute zero—the kind of crazy leap of faith only a couple with nothing to lose would dare to make!

So, here we are: my name is Laura, and my partner is Andrés. Andrés is the mastermind behind this entire dream, he studied to be a chef in Melbourne; I met him in 2019 in Colombia it was love at first sight 😍

The secret is finally out! 🪵✨

Today marks the beginning of a whole new chapter for us.

As many of you know, our friends Dani and Tommy are moving on to new adventures, and they’ve officially passed the food truck torch to us!

We are thrilled, a little nervous, and above all, ready to welcome you.

Starting this July 9th, we are officially opening our doors with fresh energy, but keeping that same great vibe you love!

Our goal is to keep this spot as your favorite place to unwind, order your favorite food on Baldsheep grab a cold beer on Woolstore, and enjoy an amazing vibe.
