We pride ourselves on showcasing one of the widest ranges of fresh seafood and premium specialty products in Brisbane. Our specialty remains fresh fish, with twelve to fifteen, and often more, varieties of fresh fillets on display on any given day. Our fresh fillet range is processed onsite daily by son Neil VJ, as watched by our customers on our unique "Fillet Cam". Complimented by our fresh display of whole fish including local, reef and deepwater species. Our range of fresh fish is accompanied by; trawler fresh prawns, local sandcrabs, north qld mudcrabs, Moreton Bay Bugs, WA Lobsters, Bundaberg and Victorian sea scallops, oysters shucked daily, NZ and Tassie mussels, local calamari and a premium range of rarely seen products including King Crab, WA Blacklip Abalone, NZ Scampi and WA Pearl Meat, we invite you to come and see our display for yourself.
