On Friday 16 October, six chef teams will come together at the Hub of the Hills for the inaugural Slow Food Festival Mundaring Dinner. Each is donating their time to create an evening shaped by local produce, regional flavour and Good, Clean and Fair food.

Any profit from the dinner will support the Slow Food Snail Kids WA food-education program.

📍 Sunday 18 October 2026, Sculpture Park Mundaring, Perth Hills

This October, Mundaring will welcome a new celebration of the people, produce and food culture of the Perth Hills.

The inaugural Slow Food Festival Mundaring – Food, W**e and Spirits 2026 will bring together local growers, artisanal food producers, w**eries, distilleries, chefs and community members around the Slow Food principles of Good, Clean and Fair food.

The festival is planned as a free event, with ticketing details and the full program to be announced soon as they are confirmed.

Slow Food. Good food takes time.

We've been super busy this arvo working on the next w**e event to be held in our w**e room, Little Parkerville. It will be an evening of pure indulgence as we pair iconic Western Australian chocolate from Margaret River Chocolate Company with boutique, local w**e from Lion Mill Vineyards.
