Great weekend at swansettlersmarket competing at Smokin in the Valley.

We managed a
2nd Dessert
1st Chicken
4th Ribs
2nd Pork
2nd Brisket (equal first but 2nd with count back)

Overall Reserve Grand Champ.

It’s never easy competing out of a suitcase and it’s almost impossible to do without the support of great family and friends. Thank you to Bruce, Di, Jo, Alan, Narelle and Norm. You guys are legends and the best support anyone could ask for.

Day 5 and our final post before tomorrow’s tasting at Grima Bros Wholesale Produce Saturday 25th.

So today our final rub is Kingys Garlic Habanero! Now don’t be deceived by the name. This rub will not blow your head off with heat but it will tickle your taste buds nicely.
This is my personal favourite and I use it on everything!
As well as any protein, it make a great roast potato or just on your breakfast eggs.
It’s a must 
 give it a go!

. Today we feature Kingys Beef Rub. This rub knows how to deliver flavour as well as add a beautiful colour to your meat. This rub also managed to take out 5th place in the world, in the mild category at The American Royal in 2022.
