Lakeside Angus We supply premium quality, grass fed, angus beef, from stressfree, contented cattle, from our property at Mount Hunter. Minimum order 1/2 animal.

We, at Lakeside Angus, believe that the best quality beef comes from contented cattle. Our cattle are grass fed and hormone free. We do not use any chemicals on our pastures. We try to keep our animals non stressed, our cattle are very quiet and happy to have us walk with them. We only sell cattle when they are ready for market so we do not have them available at all times. All beef is pre-ordered

by about 3-4 weeks and minimum purchase is 1/2 animal (approx. 80-100kgs). The cost per kilo, is advised when animals are available, the exact weight isn’t available until the animal arrives at the butcher, but we can usually estimate prior to then. This includes butchery and all cuts of beef are in included in all packs. A deposit of $50 is required when the animal leaves the property for the abattoir and full payment is required on collection of meat from the butcher. The cost is $9.50/kg for 1/2 animal and $9.00/kg for whole animal. This includes butchery and all cuts of beef are in included in all packs. A deposit of $50 is required when the animal leaves the property for the abattoir and full payment is required on collection of meat from the butcher.
