What a great day at the Mount Isa Motor Show today! We sold out of pretty much everything was a great turn out.
Bonus was, our family even took out TWO awards for our cars.
Our hilux (that originally was my Dads work horse) that our Beautifully talented Daughter Mia dressed, styled and painted so well. Such an honour to bring it back to life and into this decade. It looked amazing and it took home its second award.
Our vp commodore still turns lots of Heads mostly a stock 5litre but it has a few custom components, one day maybe more 😜, and it took out its first award. I love this car. Sooo gorgeous.
And our middle child Jessie just getting her license only a few months ago, even bought her 300zx down for a run. Bit of a project this one but it’s coming along nicely proud of her dedication and taking on her trade of auto sparkie. It’s going to be amazing, especially with a new paint job and custom tweaks. Next year I recon it might be coming home with a trophy too. 🏆 Then my son will hav his commodore Ute in it too. Ahhhh!!! Time moves too fast!
The demolition derby was soo exciting even though we were so busy I missed it, but I caught it on playback was sooo cool.
