Yajambee Farms is seeking a keen, motivated apprentice butcher to join our small, skilled team - learning the craft (the right way) with no retail pressure in sight.

About the role:
- Learn directly from our specialist head butcher, trained the traditional way
- Break down from whole carcasses and prepare product on-farm
- Full support to complete your Certificate III in Meat Processing through TAFE
- No weekend work (unless you want it), no retail floor - just learning skills that are basically non-existent in the current “butchery world”

Are you?
- Physically strong and fit
- Motivated, reliable and genuinely eager to learn
- Well presented with good communication skills
- Equipped with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
