Under the Gather umbrella, we're creating a space where people can come together in so many different ways.

For me, Gather has always been about exactly that... gathering. Gathering with family, friends, good food, great coffee, and celebrating life's special moments.

Watching this dream continue to grow on our little cane and cattle farm is something pretty special, and I can't wait to share it all with you.

At Gather at Pelion, couples get more than just a venue — you get a relaxed, country atmosphere where your whole day can unfold in one beautiful place.

Firstly, you say I do beneath the gum trees at The Meadow, then wander through the paddocks for sunset photos. Then celebrate under the festoon lights at The Grounds with your favourite people, good food, flowing drinks and a dance floor under the stars.

Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a laid-back cocktail wedding or a big country celebration, Gather is designed to be a beautiful blank canvas that you can make completely your own — while still having access to hire items, styling pieces and plenty of support along the way.

And the best part? You’re not dealing with a huge commercial venue. You’re working with someone who’s also been a celebrant for nearly 10 years and genuinely loves weddings. Making the whole process seamless from the planning, delivering of the ceremony and tyen into your reception.

Located 35 minutes North of Mackay on our 97-year-old family cane and cattle farm.

We’ve spent the last few months pouring everything into making weddings at Gather Grounds feel special… and now it finally feels like we can take a breath and say — we’ve got this part sorted.

The Meadow is welcoming couples, the reception grounds are coming to life, the bar is set, the fire pit is glowing, and watching people celebrate here on our family farm has honestly been pretty surreal.

But now… it’s time to start getting excited about the next chapter.

The cafe is slowly becoming a reality and I can’t wait to share more of it with you all. Think fresh local produce, slow mornings, good coffee, brunch boxes, orchard harvests, country views and a space that feels like gathering with friends.

Gather was always meant to be more than weddings — and seeing it all start to come together is something really special.

We’re just getting started.

For the first time, I had an elopement at Gather that I couldn't personally be there for.

While that was hard (because I absolutely love being part of every wedding day), it was also a pretty special moment. It reminded me that Gather is growing into something bigger than just me.

A huge thank you to my beautiful friend Tash, who stepped in and looked after everything on the ground for me today. From welcoming our couple to making sure everything ran smoothly, she represented Gather exactly the way I would have hoped — with warmth, care and a whole lot of heart.

Congratulations to today's newlyweds, who chose to celebrate their love with the amazing team at & Whitsundays Elopements with the incredible from and Shay Ryan Ryannan as the photographer. What a privilege it is to have Gather be part of your story.

It's moments like these that remind me how lucky I am to have an incredible team of family and friends helping bring the Gather dream to life.

It's all starting to feel very real out here at Gather!

The bar’s getting its final touches, the fire pit is ready for those slow, story-filled nights, and the lighting is going up to bring it all to life after sunset.

Every little detail we’ve been dreaming about is finally finding its place.

And now… we’re just about ready to welcome our very first weddings 🥹

What started as a vision on our family farm is turning into something so much bigger — a place to gather, celebrate, connect… and soon, to sip coffee from our little café and wander through the gift shop too.

We’re not quite finished… but we’re so close you can feel it. 🤗
