just a first time mama loving on her baby! our first calves have dropped and i couldn’t be more excited. we raised these mamas as bottle fed calves and only just seeing the goal we dreamed of in May 2024. Beef is a long progress but it’s one we think is worth waiting for, they’re gentle, careful and have grown beautifully all while being grass fed, no antibiotics, no vaccines and growth stimulates.

Hi friends, followers and meat lovers. just a small but exciting news we will be at the Farm Fresh Market Parafield Airport TOMORROW from 8am - 12pm for our very first stand there. We are ready, waiting and can’t wait to meet new faces.

We’re always open to feedback — it’s part of growing, learning and continuing to produce something we’re genuinely proud of.

Recently, we heard a comment that our pork was “bland, flavourless, dry and too lean”… so we thought we’d let the pork do the talking. 👀

What are your thoughts when you look at this roast?

We kept it simple. Into the fridge uncovered with a good coating of salt for 24 hours, then roasted at 200°C for 50 minutes before dropping it back to 180°C for the final 20 minutes.

The result? Beautiful crackling, tender and juicy pork, with that naturally sweet, rich flavour that good pork should have.

Would you eat this?

Because we certainly did — and it was sweet, tender, full of flavour and honestly, absolutely delicious. 🤤

Sometimes the best produce doesn’t need much done to it. ❤️
