Psst, sorry to bother you again but now that I’ve had a breather thought i really want to ad-lib a bit what these freshly made today pastry creations are. Just so any of the Daisy Delights fans out there wouldlije to know, I still love what I do n really miss doing my little gig on Sundays, especially seeing the such nice regular folk. Still hoping to be back down Platform Markets “one sweet day’ 😊😊
Eclairs
-Belgian milk chocolate, caramel marscapone, choc chip cookie crunch
-Italian lemon curd cream meringue
-Passionfruit & ime curd, toasted almond
-Strawberry curd, vanilla pastry creme, pistachio Papi , Persian love cake, upside lid fresh strawberries, ganache, pistachios
Cronuts
-Peach & lime curd, caramel creme, 811 chocolate, rocky road
-Spiced Blackcurrant curd, creme, raspberry ganache, coconut crisp
