Yesterday, we were honoured to attend Government House to meet Her Excellency and other community leaders for the launch of the Outback Queensland Charity Cattle Drive, which will begin in Longreach this May.

Taking our girls into Government House was an incredible experience and a great way to represent our breed and the beef industry, while supporting such a fantastic cause 🤍🐂

Last weekend we made a trip down to Inverell for the charolais youth camp with 5 ballot animals!!

What a great couple of days filled with laughter, new friends and opportunities. I’m excited to announce a new addition to our herd

🎀Palgrove Clara U1350E🎀

Over the past week I have fell in love with this beautiful young heifer and I cannot wait to see what she will produce for us in the years to come. Thank you to Gemma and Ben Noller from Palgrove for trusting me and giving me the opportunity to improve our herds genetics.

I’m so proud of all the kids that lead my heifers over the couple of days and the connection they all built with them.

A huge thank you the charolais youth committee for putting on a great camp!!!

Smiles all around with the results we received at our first bull sale!!

We would like to take the time to thanks for the coolabunia classic committee for allowing us into there sale, Aussie Land and livestock, the under bidders and Little Gem Charolais who purchased Clearview Tuxedo for $14000.

It has been a week since Clearview Tuxedo settled into his new home and definitely looks like he is loving it there. We cannot wait to see some of his calves!!

Congratulations also to Charnelle Charolais, River Run Charolais, Black Duck Charolais, Diamond L Charolais, LHU Charolais and Silverwood Charolais on a great line up of bulls.

Wow, What an incredible week it has been from Ekka to our first bull sale!!

I couldn’t be prouder of the team we took to Ekka and their achievements last Saturday within the charolais ring under the eye of Scott Waldron. We are ecstatic with the results we received:

🌟Bulls🌟
Clearview Underdog- 3rd in under 12 months

Clearview Undertaker- 2nd in under 12 months and Reserve Junior Champion

Clearview Tuxedo- 1st in 24-27 months class

🎀Females🎀
Clearview Raine U2E- 2nd in under 12 months class

Clearview Uptown Girl- 3rd in under 12 months class

Clearview Actress 2- Senior champion female and Champion Charolais Female.

We also received first place in Sires Progeny Group with Clearview Undertaker, Clearview Raine U2E, and Clearview Uptown Girl sired by Brendale Ridley.

On Saturday afternoon during interbreed, we were lucky enough to place in the Top 5 females and awarded Peoples Choice female for 2024. Clearview Actress 2 and Brendale Tab then went on to win Champion Interbreed Pair, which will be a moment I will forever cherish.

Thank you to all my family and friends for their support over the past couple of months. We cannot wait to see what the rest of the year will bring.🤍

BEEF 24 RECAP!!

Definitely one for the books, a great week catching up with other breeders and couldn’t be any happier with the results we received:

🌟Clearview Uptown Girl placed 1st in female under 9 months

🌟Clearview Underdog placed 2nd in bull under 9 months

🌟Clearview Raine placed 1st in female 36-48 months and then went on to take out Champion Charolais Female. She also was in the Top 5 for interbreed female at Beef 2024.

This female will forever hold a special place in my heart as she is the first female we bred and has bred quality calves that will be in our show team over the next couple of years.

We also placed 1st in Dam’s progeny with Palgrove Flaxen M35E females, Clearview Raine and Clearview Uptown Girl.

All the moos are happy to be back at home and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for these animals.

Massive thank you must go to my family and friends who helped through the week. We wouldn’t have got these results without your support. Also, thank you to Peter Collins for judging and everyone who made the event possible 😊
