Righto boys and girls here's what you've all been waiting for 2 chilli mixes -> 1 medium heat the other mild.
These have been cooked to perfection for the most part, somewhat dry but soft and chewy. I also have some drier stuff of the habanero if anyone would like that option, they're like beef chips in a way with a heck of a pack-a-punch flavour!
So, first up we've got this classic original flavour...
Habanero tex mex! (HTM)
This flavour will be sticking around a fair bit through my journey so far and I think it will forever stay one of the Favourites, has lover flavour with the habanero with a southern style tex flavour with a hint of Mexican.
The next flavour which is one I've used before but has been altered somewhat...
Jalapěno lime cracked pepper! (JLCP)
This new and improved flavour is amazing!
Me personally sorta reminds me of eating guacamole to a certain degree. Had a very mild spice behind it with a heap of flavour from lime, pepper and other secret herbs and spices ;)
Only got a video of the HTM on the smoker.
Ill do a time lapse of the proccess between making the marinade to putting everything on the grill and there after, I forgot to film the cleaning stage of my routine but ill get onto it next time just so you guys can get abit of an idea of how it all works!
