Featuring a paddock to plate experience, fresh and off farm produce prepared with a fine touch overlooking the Robert Stein vineyard and estate. The menu is always seasonal and with that, brings us a careful selection of fruit and vegetables hand-picked by the chefs. Owner and head chef, Andy Crestani's menus are designed and created to pay homage to the land that surrounds us and the produce that it provides, using simple techniques that accentuate the freshness of the produce.

Our Lamb Shoulder with spiced walnut and pomegranate glaze is a winter favourite for good reason.

Slow-cooked until tender and rich with flavour, it's balanced by warming spice, toasted walnuts and pomegranate.

Best enjoyed overlooking the vineyard with a glass of Stein red and good company.

You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef in a kitchen focused on quality, consistency and great produce, alongside a restaurant team that backs each other every service.
