Did you know we cook our corn tortillas in Beef Tallow?

This results in a crispier, better tasting final product.

We aim to produce the best quality product we can, and this is just one way we do it.

Using local ingredients and sourcing from small producers where we can is just another reason why we are dedicated to what we do, not just the "big events!"
